BFRB Workshop for Teens

An in person, two-hour workshop for teens ages 13-17 with a BFRB

Is your teen struggling with a BFRB:

  • Picking at their skin
  • Pulling their hair
  • Feeling self conscious about their BFRB 
  • Wanting to connect with others who also have a BFRB

 

This workshop will help your teen:

  • Learn more about BFRBS
  • gain support and connection from others who are experiencing similar difficulties
  • learn and practice healthy coping skills and self soothing techniques to help fight the urges of participating in BFRBs

 

When: Thursday, July 11th, 12-2PM

Where: In person, The Center for Mindfulness & CBT

Cost: $60 for 2-hour workshop

Elizabeth Ernest is a Licensed Clinical Social Work (LCSW) and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) at The Center for Mindfulness & CBT. She provides services for children of all ages with anxiety, trauma, and stress related disorders.
