This six-week group will focus on building social connection and strengthening interpersonal skills. The group will play a different board game that focuses on improving skills related to:
*The board games will be low to medium complexity. There is no need to have extensive board game experience before joining the group.
Tyler is a Licensed Master Social Worker who works with all ages & specializes in working with adolescents and young adults. He utilizes an eclectic approach utilizing tools from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Somatic Experiencing, and Feedback Informed Treatment working to adapt to each person’s unique strengths and personality. Tyler works from the belief that the foundation of good therapy exists within a warm, authentic, and supportive relationship with clients.
