Holding Space: A Grief Group for Healing

A 6-week support group for adults grieving the death of someone significant

Grief can feel incredibly isolating—especially when it seems like everyone around you has moved on. You might be feeling deep sadness, longing, or guilt. You might wonder if you “should be over it by now” or question why your grief still feels so present. The truth is: there’s no timeline for grief, and you are not alone.

Holding Space: A Grief Group for Healing is a 6-week (closed) support group for adults grieving the death of someone significant. Whether you’ve lost a spouse, a parent, a child, or someone else who mattered deeply to you—this group is for you. It doesn’t matter how long ago your loss occurred. If you’re still carrying it, it’s still worth tending to.

Led by a warm and compassionate facilitator who gets grief, each week offers a mix of structure, support, and guided activities. You’ll connect with others who truly understand, gain practical coping tools, and have the opportunity to express your grief in meaningful ways—through conversation, creative outlets, journaling, and grounding exercises.

Together, we’ll normalize the many faces of grief, explore what healing can look like, and companion one another in a space where all feelings are welcome.
