Mondays from 6:30 – 7:30 pm
This will be an open and ongoing weekly group, for adults 18+, where you will learn effective strategies for managing your anxiety and depression. Group structure will include the learning and practice of healthy coping skills as well as support. Education about anxiety and depression will be provided. Identifying and modifying unhelpful and inaccurate thoughts, mindfulness and self-compassion will be practiced.
Insurance or Private Pay $40 per session.
