Oladayo ” Dayo” Farodoye, MSN, PMHNP-BC is a Board Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner who provides psychiatric evaluations and medication management for children ages 8 and up, teens, and adults. He received his Master’s degree in Nursing from Walden University in 2018 and his Bachelors of Science in Nursing in 2010 from the University of Texas at Arlington, Texas. He treats Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD), Adjustment Disorder, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Depression, Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and other mood, anxiety, and behavioral disorders. In addition to prescribing and managing medications, Dayo also utilizes brief, supportive, solution-focused, and psychodynamic therapeutic modalities to ensure optimal client outcomes. Prior to advanced practice, he worked as a charge nurse in general psychiatry, medical and surgical, and orthopedics. He also has a special interest in modern psychoanalytic studies. Dayo is currently in-network with Anthem BCBS, Cigna, and United Healthcare, and will be in-network with Aetna soon.
