Kristen is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Missouri and earned her Master’s Degree in Counseling from the University of Missouri, Saint Louis. She also serves as an Elementary School Counselor supporting a diverse population of students and families. She specializes in working with children and teens ages 8 through 18.

Kristen strives to walk alongside your child throughout the highs and lows of life, guiding them to believe in themselves and recognize their inherent self-worth. She creates a safe, nurturing environment where clients feel unconditionally accepted and understood. By strengthening self-compassion and exploring healthy coping skills, your child will feel empowered to navigate challenges with confidence, improve emotional regulation, and build meaningful connections with others.

Kristen supports youth navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, and behavioral challenges. Her approach to therapy is personalized to each client blending Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, as well as play and art techniques.

Kristen values collaboration with caregivers to support each child’s unique needs while strengthening communication and connection within the family. She looks forward to partnering with you to foster meaningful growth, healing, and lasting change for your child.
