Sarah is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200). Sarah provides counseling for adolescents and adults struggling with depression, anxiety, eating disorders, and navigating life’s transitions. Sarah’s warm, compassionate, and empowering approach allows her to meet clients where they are and help them overcome challenges and build inner resiliency. Sarah received her Master’s Degree in Social Work at Washington University in St. Louis and completed the Advanced Psychodynamic Psychotherapy Program at the St. Louis Psychoanalytic Institute. She has worked as a behavioral interventionist at Washington University’s Center for Healthy Weight and Wellness to help families develop sustainable, healthy behavioral changes and improve self-talk and body image. Sarah utilizes CBT, Mindfulness, and her training in psychodynamic psychotherapy to help individuals discover the knowledge and skills to heal, grow, and thrive. Sarah is in-network with United Healthcare, and will be in-network soon with Anthem BCBS, Aetna, and Cigna.
