Tamara Hoyt is a Licensed Clinical Social worker with specialized training in trauma and the treatment of eating disorders.  She graduated from George Warren Brown School of Social Work and Washington University in St. Louis with a MSW in 1996.  Ms. Hoyt is also trained in Dialectical Behavioral therapy and has extensive experience treating mood dysregulation, borderline personality disorder, chronic suicidal ideation, and self-harming behaviors.  Ms. Hoyt also has significant experience treating survivors of trauma ranging in age form 12-adulthood. 

Her trauma experience includes training in EMDR, Prolonged Exposure and TFCBT (Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy).  Ms. Hoyt is also trained in RO DBT and works with people with Obsessive Compulsive Personality Disorder, chronic anxiety, perfectionism and struggles with over control.  She is also well-trained in CBT and in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy for the treatments of anxiety and depression.

Tamara is able to accept commercial Aetna, Anthem BCBS, Cigna, and UHC / UMR, and Medicare.
