Tyler Witzig, LMSW, works as a therapist under the supervision of Jenny Hoffman. Tyler works with older teens and adults, using approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, and Motivational Interviewing. His goal is that clients would feel a sense of safety and genuine connection in therapy while using evidence-based approaches to improve a client’s wellbeing.

Before working at The Center, Tyler worked in higher education for 10 years. During that time, Tyler worked with individuals facing a number of challenges including acute mental health crises, anxiety and depression, emotional and sexual abuse, and general life challenges. Those experiences formed Tyler’s belief that the foundation of good therapy exists within a warm, authentic, and supportive relationship with clients.
