Plus, you can switch to the Kids Wheel if little Connor and Ella need to calm down and hit the reset button for a moment or two.
Each guided meditation is complete with a short primer to get you set up, delivered by calming, male and female voices from North America and Britain. You can even set a timer with traditional chimes to take off on your own DIY excursion. In addition, Buddhify has a Foundations page that explains topics like “How mindfulness works” and “How to measure progress” to deepen your understanding and skills.
The coolest feature is the Give section. Here, the creators have built in the ability for you to share meditations with your friends and loved ones, without them needing the app! It’s simply the nice idea of passing along something thoughtful and helpful.
