Shine with Confidence: A Self-Love Club Camp for Pre-Teen Girls

An in-person week-long camp for girls ages 10-14 struggling with self-esteem related issues.

Is your daughter struggling with….

Low self-esteem or self-worth – Feeling “not good enough” or comparing themselves negatively to others?

Social anxiety – Fear of judgment, speaking up, or putting themselves out there?

Body image concerns – Struggles with body acceptance, media influence, or disordered eating patterns?

Perfectionism – High self-criticism, fear of failure, or feeling like they must always achieve?

Peer pressure & social media influence – Difficulty setting boundaries, dealing with FOMO, or handling online negativity?

Difficulty asserting themselves – Struggles with saying “no,” standing up for themselves, or making choices that align with their values?

Our in-person camp offers a safe, supportive space where she can grow, heal, and regain confidence with trained mental health professionals.

In this is a week-long camp, your daughter will:  

Build self-confidence by practicing assertiveness and boundary-setting skills

Learn self-compassion and how to silence the inner critic by practicing positive self-talk and mindfulness techniques

Gain understanding of  healthy friendships and relationships by learning from a trained professional and an understanding group of peers

Cultivate a positive self-image by understanding and challenging unrealistic beauty/media standards

Upon completing the interest form, a team member will be in touch to finalize registration.

When: Monday-Friday, June 23-27 from 1pm-3:30pm
Where: In-person, The Center for Mindfulness & CBT
Cost: $375 for the week

Nicole Schlesinger is a Licensed Clinical Social worker at The Center for Mindfulness & CBT. She provides services for children, adolescents, & young adults with emotional dysregulation, low self-esteem, and anxiety disorders.
