LCSW Clinical Supervisor
The Center for Mindfulness and CBT is an innovative mental health and wellness center. This role has two main components: clinical and supervision
Clinical Responsibilities
- Maintain full caseload of patients (20-25 per week)
- Provide culturally responsive, evidence-based treatment (CBT, DBT, mindfulness…etc)
- Conduct full-scale comprehensive treatment beginning with intake assessments through termination of care
- Complete timely documentation and treatment planning with measurable goals and objectives
- Measure patients’ progress for quality clinical results using assessment tools
- Monitor clinical goals and outcomes to ensure patient improvement
- Utilize knowledge of mental health diagnoses to develop and implement individualized treatment goals, objectives, and outcomes
- Proficient and confident in industry legal and ethical standards
Supervisor Responsibilities
- Provide clinical supervision to interns and/or provisionally licensed providers
- Review clinical case notes for accurate, appropriate, and proficient documentation
- Provide weekly supervision as determined by state of Missouri and/or school requirements
Requirements
- Fully licensed as an LCSW for at least five years
- State approved clinical supervisor or ability to obtain approval
- Must adhere to all industry legal and ethical standards
