Mindfulness for Chronic Pain Class

Join our mindfulness course for chronic pain to learn powerful techniques that help reduce pain, manage stress, and improve overall well-being.

You may be eligible if you are experiencing persistent or recurrent pain for the past three months or longer, have not sustained an injury or had surgery in the past three months, and are between the ages of 18 and 80. 

Participants will complete phone and in-person interviews before and after a six-week course. The interviews include questionnaires about pain, mood, and quality of life, and walking assessments.
