OCD Supporters Workshop

An in-person workshop for parents, partners, caregivers, and friends of adults living with OCD

Do you struggle with knowing what to do when your loved one:

  • Has scary thoughts that don’t make any sense?
  • Needs to do or say certain things in order to feel okay?
  • Overthinks every situation?
  • Asks the same questions over and over?
  • Is afraid to do things that they used to love to do?

You are not alone in feeling lost, helpless, or frustrated.

This is a 2- hour workshop where you will:

  • Learn specific tools to use to help your loved one live with OCD
  • Distinguish the difference between accommodation and support
  • Learn about interventions used in therapy: ERP and CBT
  • Connect with others who are experiencing similar difficulties
  • Share common stressors of caring for someone with OCD in a safe, supportive setting
