BFRB Support Course for Kids Ages 8-14

a 4 week course for kids with a BFRB (skin picking, hair pulling, etc)

Does your child struggle with skin picking, hair pulling, nail biting, or any other Body-Focused Repetitive Behaviors (BFRB)? Do they feel alone and isolated in their behavior? Do you feel stuck or at a loss for how to help them? The BFRB Support Course for Kids Ages 8-14 can help.

This group will be:

  • A hands on creative group for children with skin picking, hair pulling, or other BFRBs
  • A way to connect with other children struggling with similar things

Goals of group:

  • Provide education on BFRBs
  • Decrease amount of time spent picking, pulling, etc (cannot guarantee elimination of behavior)
  • Learn new coping skills
