Grief Support Group for Adults

A 6-week, in-person group for adults struggling with loss

Grief support groups have the capacity to provide hope and healing even amidst seasons of life where hope seems unimaginable. The opportunity to connect and share your story with others experiencing loss can be a tremendous gift, and this group will offer you the chance to bond & share your experience with others in a supportive environment. If you have recently lost someone or are processing a significant loss in your life, you do not have to go through this alone.

This 6-week, in person support group will provide:

  • an opportunity to be a part of a supportive community of grievers
  • a safe space to share thoughts, feelings, and experiences surrounding the loss
  • a place to just be, breathe, and normalize your grief experience
  • suggestions for coping tools and new ways to nurture yourself

When:

Six Tuesdays, June 11-July 23 (skipping July 3), 6-7:30 p.m.

Where:

In-person, The Center for Mindfulness and CBT, 967 Gardenview Office Pkwy, Creve Coeur
