Presently, Ana is a practicum student (under the supervision of Dr. Laura Chackes, Psy. D) with a passion for working with diverse populations. She believes in working together with clients to identify their goals and develop treatment plans that are evidence-based and grounded in the client’s strengths and values. Ana is passionate about helping individuals achieve positive change in their lives. She strongly believes in the power of collaboration and integrating mindfulness and other holistic approaches into her work with clients to promote overall wellness and self-care.
