Elizabeth is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Missouri and Illinois and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Illinois. She is also a Registered Play Therapist. She is trained in EMDR and AutPlay.

Elizabeth received her dual master’s in social work and couple and family therapy from the University of Louisville. During her time at the University of Louisville, Elizabeth worked with foster children, couples, and early childhood ages. She also has been involved with research on Trauma- Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) for over two years. Elizabeth received her bachelor’s degree in psychology at the University of Southern Indiana.

Elizabeth is dedicated to helping children and families build skills to overcome challenges and thrive. Elizabeth works with young children and youth struggling with anxiety-related disorders, OCD, behavior issues, adjustment issues, PTSD, and other trauma disorders. Elizabeth also works with couples, families, and co-parenting dynamics. Elizabeth, a former college athlete, is also interested in working with athletes of all ages to manage anxiety, increase mindfulness skills, and build self-esteem in relation to their sport.Elizabeth also works with moms with anxiety, perinatal OCD, and managing parenting stress.

Elizabeth uses Play Therapy Techniques, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness strategies, and Bowen family therapy techniques. Elizabeth volunteers with the Missouri Play Therapy Association.

Elizabeth is in network with Anthem BCBS, UHC, and Aetna, and Cigna.
