Emma earned her Bachelor of Science in Social Work in 2024 and is currently pursuing her Master of Social Work at Saint Louis University. Before her internship at The Center for Mindfulness and CBT, Emma completed a year-long internship at Alternatives to Living in Violent Environments (ALIVE), where she worked closely with survivors of intimate partner violence. She is deeply committed to the therapeutic relationship, encouraging her clients to embrace their authentic selves while building self-esteem and confidence.

Emma specializes in treating teens and adults with anxiety, trauma, and body image related concerns using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based interventions, and trauma-informed care. She is passionate about fostering a safe and empowering space to help her clients heal and thrive.

As an intern, Emma is able to offer services at a discounted rate of $55/session. Emma is supervised by Sarah Saffold, MSW, Licensed Clinical Social Worker MO #2022035657 who can be reached at sarahs@mindfulstl.com and will be overseeing care for all of Emma’s clients.
