An online group for adults wanting skills to manage strong emotions that impact their quality of life and relationships.

  • Interpersonal Relationship skills – finding and maintaining healthy relationships
  • Mindfulness skills – how to focus your brain on what you want to focus on when you want to focus on it – being able to tap into logic and emotion in a balanced way.
