Mindfulness Courses

We run several different types of mindfulness courses throughout the year for preteens, teens, adults, parents, and mental health professionals. Each course is either 6 or 8 weeks long, which is based on what research has found most effective in establishing a regular practice and gaining all of the benefits of mindfulness.
