OCD Group Therapy

An online group for people with OCD to share their experience and learn from others

Do you:

  • Struggle with feeling alone?
  • Wonder who else experiences thoughts and behaviors like you? 
  • Have frustrations with your own OCD?
  • Want to connect with others who have OCD?

 

You are not alone in feeling this way! This group is a dedicated space to explore your experience with OCD and normalize your feelings with others who have a similar experience.

This is a four week course designed to:

  • Connect people who have OCD 
  • Share your experiences and ask questions 
  • Learn from others
  • Build an OCD community

 

There is a maximum of 8 participants to ensure adequate attention for each individual’s concerns.

The cost is $30/session ($120 total), Aetna and Cigna insurance plans are also accepted. Depending on your insurance coverage, you may have a copay for the group.

When: 4 Thursdays 6-7pm starting the first Thursday of every month

Led by: Brigette Selbert, LPC and Bri Anderson, MS (In Progress)

Coming from a background in community mental health, Brigette has experience working with a diverse population and serving diverse needs. She believes everyone has a story to tell and it deserves to be heard. She uses a person centered approach along with CBT to help clients navigate their stressors and accept themselves for who they are.

Bri is a clinician in training as well as a graduate student working towards her Masters and Doctorate degrees in Clinical Psychology at Ponce Health Sciences University- St. Louis. She has co-lead many groups at the Center, and has training and experience treating OCD.
