The only way to make sense out of change is to plunge into it, move with it, and join the dance.

Chris is currently pursuing a Master of Social Work (MSW) at the University of Missouri–St. Louis, where he is building on a strong foundation of supporting individuals in the community. For over six years, Chris has had the privilege of working with clients in the psychosocial rehabilitation setting as they navigate life’s challenges, bringing a steady, compassionate presence into his clinical work.

He draws from evidence-based approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and strengths-based perspectives, while recognizing that each person’s needs are unique. Grounded in the belief that each individual has the capacity for growth, healing, and meaningful change. Chris strives to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel genuinely seen, heard, and accepted. He values authenticity and connection in the therapeutic relationship, working collaboratively with clients to explore their experiences at a pace that feels safe and manageable.

Chris has a particular interest in working with self-esteem,anxiety, stress and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). They are passionate about helping clients build insight, strengthen resilience, and develop healthier, more adaptive patterns in their lives and relationships.
