Ann Voskamp

Lauren is a clinical social worker and earned her master’s degree in social work from Temple University. She spent 16 years working in Philadelphia’s child welfare system both as a social worker and in leadership. Lauren then relocated to the mid-west prior to Covid and spent three years as a social work instructor at SIUE. She has since transitioned to full-time clinical practice. She has a passion for trauma-focused/informed therapy and generalist intervention to include anxiety, interpersonal relationships, life changes/transitions, marital concerns, and parenting. Lauren has a strong interest in relationship recovery and how trauma and attachment impact relationships and functioning across the life course.

She is trained in EMDR, DBT, is IFS level 1-2 informed, and training in Gottman level I & II. She sees clients ages 18 and older as well as couples and families. Lauren is in-network with Aetna, Anthem BCBS, Cigna, Medicare, and United Healthcare/UMR and also accepts private-pay. Telehealth and in-person appointments available.
