Linh Mach

Linh is a Counselor-in-Training currently working toward licensure as a PLPC. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and an undergraduate certificate in Trauma Studies from the University of Missouri-St. Louis, and her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a graduate certificate in Multicultural and Social Justice Counseling.

Linh enjoys working with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, self-esteem concerns, and life transitions. She believes therapy should feel like a space where clients can show up authentically—without judgment or pressure to have everything figured out. Linh especially values supporting individuals exploring cultural identity, belonging, and cross-cultural experiences.

Her approach is relational, person-centered, and influenced by existential therapy. She values authenticity, curiosity, and the healing that can come through meaningful connection. Linh strives to create a warm and collaborative environment where clients feel seen and empowered to better understand themselves and move toward meaningful growth.

Whether someone is feeling overwhelmed or simply wanting to explore themselves more deeply, Linh hopes to provide a space where clients can feel grounded, supported, and encouraged throughout the process.

Linh sees adults and older teens (14+) for individual therapy sessions. As a Counselor-in-Training, Linh is able to offer services at a rate of $120/session. Linh is supervised by Josh Dunn LPC #2019024985 who can be reached at josh@mindfulstl.com and will be overseeing care for all of Linh’s clients.
