Meghan is a Clinical Social Work Master’s Student at Saint Louis University, working as a practicum student under the supervision of Sarah Saffold, LCSW. She completed her first practicum at Compass Health Network this past spring, working as a co-outpatient therapist. There, she gained experience working with ages 6-60+ practicing mindfulness, emotional regulation, CBT, DBT, ACT, TIC, and EMDR. 

With a background of psychology, Meghan is passionate about educating clients about how their emotional reactions have an effect on the body and vice versa. She believes that introspection is one of our most powerful tools that we can use to change our own lives. Meghan utilizes evidence-based approaches such as CBT and DBT, while meeting each client’s unique needs.
